Sold wrong toner
1 of 2 found this helpful I thought I ordered a set of 414a toner but I received a box with 412a, 410a and a 414A. I own a HP 454dw. Only the 414a worked but the printer says the toner is empty. Unfortunately. I just went to install today but ordered Nov. of 2020. Not sure I have any recourse at this point. I had to go to officemax today and replace. Bummer.

Great Product
I had replace to connectors in a speaker and the product required soldering but I knew that going into it. Once in place, it functioned as promised. Also, the product arrived promptly. Without hesitation I would order from this group again.
