Not what I expected
2 of 2 found this helpful The shaver is great. Braun makes a good product and I have been a loyal customer for over twenty years. The shaver I bought is the same great quality except a few things. It has no case to protect the shaver, and it is made for the European market. The company included an adapter for the American system. But the adapter doesn't fit tightly onto the European plug so it is unstable in the wall, not to mention it stick out an additional inch and a half. I will deal with it but I wish I had known. I could have bought the product at Target for just a few dollars more and gotten exactly what I wanted and expected.
