It doesn't work but it sounded great for two weeks.

It is defective and does not work properly. It wouldn't turn on so I plugged and unplugged it. It worked, but then it randomly placed the sound volume control on the TV screen. Next. it stopped playing eARC and the sound would only come out in HDMI mode. I bought it for the eARC capabilities which now does not work, I have contacted the company and they gave me an RMA for return and repair, I want to just return the item for credit because once an electronic piece stops working properly any repairs will only slow down it's deterioration. They said I have 30 days to return the product and I have 7 days left and I am waiting for there response.

It is working great!

I am an Uber and Lyft drive and need to have iphone plugged in all the time, This holder is working great! I hope that it can hold up with heavy use.
