Amazing 3 year old tech.
3 of 7 found this helpful Plenty of power, amazing multicore performance, and dead silent under heavy load. I wouldn't pay retail since it's 3 year old tech, but if you can get a good buy, you'll definitely be happy with the purchase. Drives 3 x 27" monitors effortlessly, and added ThunderBay 4 external thunderbolt 2 four bay enclosure performs excellent and at Mac speeds even with 4 drive RAID 0. All concerns with this new design were quickly put to rest.
