Perfect
I had problems trying to find the right chin strap. When this one arrived I looked at it and thought it was going to be too small, but actually it fit right and and worked better than I ever thought it would.

Perfect Replacement Part
The replacement part was a perfect fit, it took maybe 2 minutes to install. Very pleased with it.

Dissappointed
8 of 10 found this helpful I did not get a warranty, because the first 2 I had work awesome for 6 months each. This one is not that good at all. Freezes all the time and battery lasts about 2 hours. Now it will not boot up at all. I bought this for my grandson, and I am very disappointed at this time. The reason I bought this one from eBay is because best buy did not have any more, so I checked multiple stores and also various stores and no-one had this tablet. I took a gamble, do not do the same as me , you will be very angry ......
