A timely upgrade that made sense.
All the advantages of a full size Samsung smart phone in half the size when folded. This is so easy to carry with me. I am replacing my original flip with this flip 3 to upgrade to the more durable case. I chose a flip 3 rather than a flip 4 due to the lower price. I was able to shift the sim card and data from my old to new flip easily and quickly. Very happy with this new phone.

The flip remains the right phone in the real world.
The flip is the right size for a portable personal phone. Open it up and it becomes a full sized smart phone. The best of both worlds. This version has worked most of the issues of earlier versions. The center fold is now a non issue. The case and hinge are stronger. It is more water resistant.
Purchasing this phone on e-bay saved me a substantial sum of money. My t-mobile tech treated me the same as he would have if I had purchased the phone from them.The set up was quick and easy.

Small in my pocket yet large when in use.
My wife started with the flip and now has flip4. I started with a flip and now have a flip 3. We purchased them all on E-Bay to save a lot of money. The Samsung flips have continued to improve. They are full on smart phones but half the length and twice as thick as other smart phones when folded in half. We both carry them in our pants pockets and that really works well. We feel the screen is well protected and it is far less likely to fall out of our pockets.
