Picks up cat hair great!!
Purchased to help with spot clean ups on my couch and love seat. It does a great job when on the ‘high suction setting’ but battery life does drop quickly. Still it gets the furniture free of pet hair. The regular suction setting is fine doing the hard wood floors and small rugs. Pet hair dumps easily out of the canister. You do need to ‘grab’ some pet hair off the power roller, but is comes off easily, if you do this after each use.

Yamaha builds QUALITY! For a great price
Yamaha makes a quality product - my JVC receiver ‘died after 20 plus years of service for my Master bedroom stereo. I feed my LUMIN T2 USB into the Yahama - it sounds amazing - the Yahama runs my LSA 10 speakers in the bedroom and my outdoor Bose speakers on my deck. Both speaker systems have NEVER sounded better! This is a quality product that has plenty of power for efficient speakers. My two main stereo systems push Magnapan speakers - I use Krell for these systems. I know quality when I hear it - this Yamaha A S801 kills it - it’s internal DAC is great.
