Hi my Name is David I'm 63yrs young & Semi retired I have posted alot of my collection,We Moved and don't have the room that I use to have. Alot of my collection is NIB & the ones that are not are in Really Nice Condition & Some have my personal custom Paint work & Custom Wheels and tires added I've collected over 30yrs.     Highly disappointed that item is not in new condition as described. Factory seal has been broken and packing has been removed. Also the box shows evidence that the item has been removed and tampered with. In its condition it's not even worth the $12.85 that i paid for shipping! This seller is untrustworthy and that's probably why he does not accept return.
