Vitamin B-100 Complex By Nature's Way
I listened to Ben Fuchs, he's a pharmacist and a good one. He's online with Dr. Wallach He said that anyone with chronic disease or that needs niacin or niacinamide.. Niacin has to be taken with ALL the B vitamin complex or it just doesn't work.
Well, this has ALL the B Complex in it plus the Niacinamide. There is no flushing and to have this many B Vitamins on board all at once is great.
I am an insulin dependent diabetic and have been for 57 years and medically need to be on this. I am thrilled.
