It charged up to 100% and worked for about a week and now it does not hold a charge at all.

It charged to 57% and no higher, no matter how long it was left to charge. Of course, it worked the tablet at that level, but after a few days it didn't hold a charge at all even when left charging over night. The tablet to which it was installed is old, although I have one older that works fine.
