Great if you're not out in the wind.
This is just what I wanted for walking. The sound is good. It's easy to pair with my cell phone. My only complaint is that it doesn't seem to insulate against the wind, which can drown out the sound of whatever you're listening to. This is the only over the ear set that I've tried, so it may be a problem with all of them.
