It is likely a good unit but needs much better instructions with pictorials.
The 10 cup feature should have a warning that if you overfill the feature it will leak out and make a mess, other than that it works fine.
the expresso feature - should have much better instructions with pictures on how to brew. Following the present instructions resulted in failure (s) for 5 trials.

Once you figure out how to use it, there are no problems. The only iffy is that you have to learn how to put the tobacco in the groove and how to pack it in the feeder slot.
