Good quality, excellent value
These connectors are useful for many devices and systems, not just for LED strip lights (but they work extremely well for the latter). This set is well made and has no apparent quality issues. The fit is snug, but they are easy to disconnect because of the shape. As with all similar connectors, the wire clamp screws do need to be tightened down firmly with a proper-size screwdriver, or the wires can slip out (potential disaster for your power supply).

Reliable countdown timer with good time range
The silent timer runs up to 4 hours (a perfect time range), or the load can be manually turned on for continuous run (no countdown). We have installed many of these, and they work reliably without getting hot - excellent design. By holding the top two buttons for several seconds, the LED stays lit during the countdown... too bad this isn't the default, and the change will reset every time the utility power blinks. Installation is easy if the electrical box has room for wire nuts.

Compact and Easy Setup, but skipped the BlueTooth
Rover 40A is a nice, compact MPPT converter and charge controller at a good price. Even though we bought the BlueTooth option, we didn't waste any time attempting to set that up (based on consistent and very negative reviews about the app... too bad). But BT isn't necessary in our case. The Rover's build-in display gives a good rundown of the current performance (and some history like accumulated amp-hours). It's plug-and-play, automatically setting itself for the correct battery voltage (at least, for our battery).
