    i'm very disappointed. item description is new but item arrived damaged. It wasn't damaged through shipping, it is already damaged before it was shipped. it has scratches on the box and wasn't disclosed by seller. i even ask around to people who knows a lot about funko pop and make them inspect if it is really damaged and they all said yes!

    Buyer never reached out to me before leaving negative feedback. I would have happily worked with buyer to resolve issue with a refund or replacement as I had multiple of this item available at the time.
