"Befits the totality of the book".
Awesome book for my pleasures of exploring the recipes within it, following them with exactness. I partially read this book in the past and extracted some of the information within it, finally throughout numerous years. Decided to finally purchase it, adding to my collection of valuable books in my library. It is an entertaining book, as it explores the various foods across the Island. One discovers the flavors of an exotic place of interest. One learns a lot from this book, and it is a great read. To the Author, great job!

Joy of Cooking (Remarkable Piece of Work)!
One of the best recipe books ever purchased. Full of various (not exaggerating) recipes, and easy to follow. Great book overall, at a great price!
