Luxury shave-old school.
Have been using these Wilkinson shave soap bowls for years now,and wouldn’t use anything else.Great value and a quality product.Always find it’s best to put the soap bowl in the hot water a minute or two before I start using the brush to work up a lather.The soap get’s nicely softened up,and easier to work with.Much better than a foam/gel from a can arrangement,as this way avoids all the extra chemicals involved with a can of shaving cream,which can only be good for our delicate facial skin!! Smells nice too!

Ferrous Sulphate- iron deficiency supplement.
Like the first comment on this site,I have been anaemic with low iron levels,a few times over the years. I now take these tablets - one tablet a day to prevent the anaemia reoccurring,and control my diet to avoid the foods/ drinks, that can hinder the absorption of iron in my gut.
I have found these tablets to be of very good value,and have proved to be a life- saver for me also.Highly recommended.
