The last best.

The best Mac Mini so far and the last generation that can be upgraded. The i7's performance is noticeably faster than the i5. After the 2012 generation Apple soldered down the RAM (unforgivable) and made access to the internal drive far more difficult. With an expansion kit, I was able to configure this mini with an SSD boot drive and a 1T data drive. This model gets a bit hotter than the i5 so it needs good ventilation. The USB 3 is a big advantage over previous models.
