Wrong Seals with No Solution

The motor is good quality. The seal kit that was recommended by their Tech Support didn't fit. A new one was recommended/ordered. Those seals were also incorrect. Backyard only offered for me to return the product but didn't supply the correct seals after over two weeks that the pump was down since receiving the order. Backyard had said that the seals were Aladdin (ie. supplier of seals) but they were not as confirmed by Aladdin and were not correct for the pump. Would not do business with them again.
