Great features but overall design takes a step back from traditional Lenovo docking stations.
Excellent value for Lenovo's ThinkPad docking station. New unit with all the ports you'd expect from an Ultra Dock.
The only knock on this new design is that it is not as solid a connection as the old docking station with the connection made to the bottom of the laptop. This side connection via special port can easily come loose from even a minor jostle and it doesn't have that satisfying click when you mount the laptop, so a partial connection is possible where only one of two external monitor comes on.
Once you get used to the new side sliding connection those problems tend to go away.
