Great bike light.
I use this brand and type of light on three of my bicycles and I can tell you that it is worth the money in cool factor alone. It does all it says it does. Very good durability, water resistant and energy efficiency makes it a true winner. It also looks extreme cool at night too. If you do a lot of night riding you need two of these lights per bike for best effect.

The best tasting whey protein period.
This taste the closes to a chocolate milkshake you can get in whey protein form. I buy only this brand of whey protein because of its taste and the spike in energy levels I receive after drinking it. As well as the sense of satisfaction I receive after drinking it. It has very few ingredients which is a big plus. Fewer things to possibly cause a negative reaction. I recommend Quest Protein Powder over any of its competitors. Try it I believe you will feel the same.
