good value but poor packaging
The overall product is a good value. The package includes all the necessary items to do it yourself maintenance.
My only area of concern is all the small items to include spark plugs and gas filter are in the box loose. I feel that some type of better packaging should be in place to ensure the integrity of the small parts during shipment. The store I bought them from agreed and indicated they would contact John Deere to share my concern. Overall, I will purchase this item again and from the same store. Good Value

Well described product
I have used this product for the past 2 years. Upon cleaning stove pipe each year there is no build up, only a very thin wafer like pieces that fall out nicely. Product protects from creosote build up properly. I use this product more frequently than it calls for however, we burn our stove 7 days a week 24/7. I have already purchased 2 more 2 pound tubs to start the season.

Good value
Good value, easy installation, in channel visors keep the tape off your vehicles paint. This is a 2nd set purchased. Would purchase again if needed.
