    The items actually not built to shabby, it's a good item for the cost. It came brand new never used and looks pretty good. I ordered 2 of these, and 1 came outta the box damaged the return tube inside was broken, I messaged the seller and told em I glued it cause I didn't wanna return the item but they insisted on sending me a replacement part...! These guys are good people and great sellers .

    All Positive ! Good Seller, Good Customer service ! Item arrived one day earlier than expected. Was packaged in bubble wrap, tape and double boxed. However, to no fault of the seller, one of the four bulbs had shaken out of the holder due to a hard hit to the box and was damaged. I contacted the seller and they immediately shipped me another bulb at no charge. I have already placed a second order with topdogsellers and have received 2 of the 3 items. Prices are great.

    TERRIBLE SELLER!!! I spent over $100 for LED lights for my fish aquariums, and received the message “the seller had to cancel your order due to the following reason: Something was wrong with the buyer's shipping address.” THIS IS FALSE!!! (1) I have used this SAME address more than 2,000 times on eBay since 1999, and (2) messaged the seller to ask for more information about this cancellation reason, and, as expected, I received no response. Avoid frustration, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!
