Decent for a light camera
This would be great for a compact camera or a very light DSLR, but it's not heavy enough or stable enough for a good sized DSLR or larger camera. And it's very difficult to take apart for monopod mode. It has a very good ball head on it. And it's very compact. Easy to carry.

Pretty Flimsy and Hard to Use

Don't let the cheap price fool you!
It's small, but very bright and the ability to run with two Sony camcorder batteries makes this incredibly useful for both indoor and outdoor shoots. It's metal and solid, I have three and they get banged around a lot, but they're still working. I have a couple of more expensive 500 LED lights and these are just as bright. Definitely a great bargain.
