Heavy Duty!
The box was fairly heavy but it seemed a little flimsy until you assemble it. Once you put it together, (which is very easy and requires no tools), it's very sturdy. Holds a ton of stuff and saves so much space. Should have got 2! THX, CG

Super sturdy and looks great!
I had already purchased a rail from these guys before going to the 2nd level of my home and was very happy with it. I recently purchased another 5' piece for a half flight of stairs coming in my back door that a lot more people see and everyone that's come in has said what a good-looking handrail it is and how sturdy it is. I do have to say when I install railings, I always make sure the mounting brackets are in studs unless it's impossible so that to me is a key factor in the strength of any handrail. I would highly recommend this product and any other railing kit they have to offer.

Very Heavy Duty, easy Install !
I had got the wrong plate holder from another company before I got this one. The other was much lighter and had plastic clips, which I'm sure would have eventually snapped if it even worked on my vehicle. The only thing I would like to see them do is give you some larger bolts for the clips. They're a good quality stainless bolt but they are just slightly larger than the hole. I was afraid of them pulling through over time, so I replaced them with some larger ones. Still a good, quality item!
