Homedics PA-1H Percussion Massager

I am a licensed Massage therapist and purchased a PA-1H 18 years ago. While using it, I dropped it and it died. I purchased a used one and it works great. The variable speed slider makes it very easy to achieve the desired speed. My massage clients enjoy a quicker recovery from pain when I use the PA-1H in conjunction with other manual muscle therapy. Also, the PA-1H allows me to visit my chiro only once each month for a maintenance adjustment. I recommend the PA-1H for anyone in need of a percussion massager vs. a vibrating massager.

X100 Pro2 Eventually Worked

The X100 Pro2 was not easily upgraded (necessary files for use). Once I reformatted the tool, I was able to upgrade it. However, before that, I had to install/uninstall the upgrader tool from the site many times as I was unable to login with the correct UID/PW. Finally, I received a direct download link from customer support and was able to login to the upgrader. I encountered issues until I reformatted the tool. After that, I was able to update the tool and use it to update my car mileage. Unfortunately, the tool only understood kilometers, not miles. After converting the number of miles I wanted to program to kilometers, I inserted that number in the tool and it should up as miles on my car. It took several hours to trouble shoot the tool issues, but the tool worked really well when finally upgraded. I gave 4 stars because it took me more time than should have been needed to research a solution to getting the tool upgraded and working.
