Excellent
Bought to replace older model that was damaged while in Spain . This model has newer features ( lock control, led temp). The Bio Ionic effectively straightens my hair quickly and better than any other flat iron I’ve owned.

Since I already had one and loved it, I needed and wanted another. Love the remote and oscillating feature.
