Sophisticated smart phone!
I liked everything about the phone except (1) its size is a bit larger than the earlier version and (2) I prefer a dedicated hard keyboard, which makes texting without errors easier.

Compact, high quality phone. Highly recommended.
I love this phone. It is high quality and contains many nice features -- 2 megapixel camera/video, bluetooth, MP3 player, enchanced messaging and download capable. It's probably not the phone, however, for someone who likes to text message a lot since a key will need to be pressed up to three times to select a letter.
What I like most about the phone is its compact size. It fits nicely in your pants' front pocket without any bulge. The glass lens on the front and the grippy material on the back of the phone allow it to be easily removed from your pocket when it's placed with the front toward the body.
The glass lens will crack if the phone is abused but it can be replaced.

Phone's O/S is slow, "backflip" keyboard awkward, and Data Plan triggered.
The operating system on this phone is extremely slow compared to an iPhone 3gs. Futhermore its "backflip" hard keyboard design is very awkward and not nearly as practical to use as a phone with slide-out hard keyboard. My carrier is AT&T. I had purchased the unlocked phone outright rather than via a contract with AT&T. I planned to use the phone primarily for talking and texting, with any Internet use only through its WiFi feature rather than through a 3G network. However, as soon as I installed my SIM card, the phone automatically began undating its operating system through the 3G network, which triggered AT&T adding a $30/month Data Plan to my service without my knowledge or consent. I promptly returned the phone for a refund and had AT&T remove the unwanted Data Plan. If I had planned on subscribing to a Data Plan, I would have purchased a subsidized phone under contract with AT&T. Buying the phone outright and still getting stuck with a Data Plan is a no-win situation!
