Best night vision that won't break the bank
1 of 1 found this helpful I have to say I got off to a shaky start. One shot zero didn't work. I wasn't even on target @ first. I had a bolt action rifle so after 3 shots I proceeded to bore sight the scope @ 21 yards and then I could move my reticle and next shot bulls eye. I still wasn't convinced so I created a new profile with a different bullet. There again same issue no where on target and this was only 25 yards. I called ATN support and I was very pleased. I pressed 2 for support a recording tells me I had a 2 minute waiting. After a short wait a person came on that actually spoke English and I have spoke several times with them and every time someone spoke English. ATN sent me a label that I printed out and sent in to them. I'm not sure what they found. They received the scope on Monday and the next Tuesday I called them just to check on the progress and it was already in the process of being shipped back. I asked what they found and all they told me was O they are sending you a new scope. I was well pleased. I noticed when I got my ABL back that the power switch was on. I couldn't get it to pair with my new scope they sent me so I called ATN again. They were about to send me another one after about 5 minutes of trouble shooting. I got to thinking about it and double check the battery to find out it was in fact dead. I then purchased a new battery and called them back and a technician was able to assist in helping me get it paired. I Love a company that will stand behind their product. I would highly recommend this product and company. Thanks ATN
