Great Value and Bang for the Buck!
I've been using my Haier for a few years now, and it is just as dependable as it was the day I bought it! I use it for cooling my RV during the summer months because the 13,500 BTU unit that I have mounted on the rooftop uses too much electricity. This 900 watt Haier, on the other hand, has an efficiency rating of (BTU/watts) of 8.9 and uses only 8.2 amps. I bought mine for about $200, so it was a good buy for me! There are other portable air conditioners which can compete with the Haier, including those which have the option of being window-mounted. I've had little trouble with condensation under the unit; I just put a small pan underneath it as a precaution. Overall, I am quite happy with the purchase I made!

The Look and Sound of Perfect
1 of 1 found this helpful I'm very happy with the Toshiba HD-D3 HD-DVD player. Load-up time is minimal -- the picture is awesome, (living up to its billing of "the look and sound of perfect.") I wish the HD-DVD format had not been discontinued! I perceive no difference in quality with Blu-ray -- (Blu-ray is way too expensive!)

Can't fault it!
There are plenty of warnings against Chinese knock-offs, but this "clone" works just fine for me. I had to download a different cell phone app, because the enclosed software had security warnings, but the actual hardware works very well. I couldn't have asked for morel...
