Excessive Noise (White Noise)
0 of 3 found this helpful This piece of equipment produces a sound that can be best described as "white noise" at a constant volume at all input gain settings with or without the motor running. The noise is such that, to mask it, the receiver volume must be raised to the point that people cannot speak to each other and is so objectionable that this equipment is not useable. Testing has confirmed that this equipment is the source of the noise, not the receiver. This equipment is being sent back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. If not resolved, this equipment will be discarded.

ProTournament 240 Charger Is A Greater Performer
The ProTournament 240 charger performs exactly as advertised. The charger is a great performer that has solved a multi-year battery problem resulting from boat electronics with a constant battery load.
The charger's ability to modulate its charging output to quickly bring batteries to full charge and then maintain that charge with an intermittent charge is just what was needed.
