Heads and shoulders better than previous headphones!
Acknowledged generally as one of the better headphones on the market, I took a leap and got them at what I consider a remarkably good price. I have had other lesser cost units by Jabra and Anker, but these are certainly superior in terms of active noise cancellation (ANC), sound quality, and customizable features. One capability I really wanted, and you have to pay up for, is having the ANC work when the unit is either wired or wireless. Many do not offer noise cancellation when in wired mode. Have only used the headphones briefly so far, but am very impressed. The related Sony app is also very helpful in turning features on and off, and adjusting tonal qualities (via equalizer) to your preferences. In all, very happy with the purchase.

Replaces 8 year old zeroG
Replaced 8 year old zero-G that served me well on our boat dock. It was stored in a dock box year round, so think that is good performance. Expect a similar lifespan for the new one! Love the light weight and easy storing.
