The watch that is what it seems to be.
A classic, domed crystal sweep second hand WWII style watch. Keeps good time and does not resemble a trash can lid or automotive hubcap on my wrist! Great quiet ticking, simple and functional.

Handsome retro-vintage watch
1 of 1 found this helpful I am well pleased with the look of this quiet, domed crystal, sweep second hand, wind up watch. Hands are blued steel, excellent. Seems rugged. What a good value for 20 - 22 dollars. I've ordered another!
Be aware:
1. Billed as "automatic," it is not. I am very active, and yet I must wind the watch. Not a big deal for me. 2. NOT WATER RESISTANT IN ANY WAY! Wearing the watch, if you shave, wash dishes or wash your car the watch will fog. It does seem to dry out easily too... Do not wear near water! 3. A large watch, as is the modern trend. 40mm diameter case. I am 6'3", medium build, slim wrists and ankles. I wouldn't want any larger! See photo.
Utter lack of water splash or even damp sleeve resistance and not truly self winding prevents a 5 star rating. Still, I like it lots. I'll wind it and take it off near any moisture.
