Finest knives I have ever owned.(sorryI don't know how to add pictures)

Because the Paring knife is perfect my hand. I am a Senior woman, live alone. I don't carve large cuts of meat. I dice chicken daily for my rescue dog and I dice veggies for my breakfast scramble. Th larger knives are perfect for their purpose, truly, I my use carving knife or butcher knife four or five times a year, I cut up a chuck roast.Done properly, I get two small steaks, meat for a stew and a small roast. Works for me!. My gentleman friend, Henry, gave me the first set. When he became irritated that I used the paring knife more than any other he took it from the block. never seen again. We had words. I bought my own set and told him to stay the hell out of my kitchen. I love my Cuisinart(Finest knives I have ever owned) and my letter to you is absolute truth, I swear on that. Caldescene is my favorite powder. scent is so light I thought it was unscented. Keeps me comfortable in desert summer weather. I was so happy to find it on Ebay.
