Excellent Quality, better then I've seen before
A pretty good product from a pretty good brand, and certainly higher quality than many other Melatonin suppliers. They seem to work well enough for me, but don't have the "knock-out" power that some people seem to expect, although I'm fine with this, as a little help is all I need, and expecting anything more from a 3mg dose is somewhat unreasonable. A nice benefit of the higher quality is that it doesn't have as much in the way of filler material and the capsules are physically smaller and lighter than many brands.
