Crooked Frame
When I received the bike and put it together, there was a major issue with the rear derailleur. It would not shift to the 1st gear. After working on it for a long time, I took it to a bike mechanic. The mechanic realized that the reason it won't be able to shift into the first gear is because the entire frame is bent and not straight. There is no way to fix the frame without risking complete damage.
I spent good money on this bike for my daughter's birthday and now it will never work properly the way it should. Extremely disappointed with the purchase.
