Mysterious Maid is a short television series where an intermediate schooler has survived his parents death, leaving him as a sole proprietor, and Miss Lilith suddenly moves in after hearing such bereavement. Slow paced daily life segments are relatable to viewers, unlike space robot battles in other shows. You uncover the connection between Lilith and Yuri, with a fulfilling climax that never exceeds acceptable social boundaries, considering their age gap.
Mysterious Maid is a safe series.

Bug-shootin Entertainment
Earth Defence Force games are all about pure action fun. Giant space bugs invade Earth... beat them; that's the story. Plot-based dialogue occurs during action when you have full control of the game, so it doesn't interfere with your enjoyment like in role-playing-games (RPGs) that talk the day away.

Island videogame n' DVD animated series
Front Wing's Island is a visual novel with plenty of player decisions, in a science fiction time travelin' campaign loaded with exposition twists n' turns that not everyone anticipates. The true end, or RE: end is a plot twist. The twelve episode animated show on DVD gives a satisfying finish in the series, while the videogame's RE: end feels inconclusive. This review covers the game.
+ Nintendo has a physical cartridge on Switch for collectors, with english text.
+ Excellent story with multiple paths that provide puzzle piece hints in a bigger picture, eventually linking together. Sixty hours or more are needed to complete the whole entire gallery, givin' players plenty of material to enjoy. DVD series summarizes everything quickly, yet is still gratifying.
+ Majestic soundtrack. Tunes switch every few minutes to avoid irritating players. Multiple songs are utilized in similar situations; you have more than one evening relaxation song, more than one summer morning song, and so forth.
+ Picturesque scenery, animation, and character models. The two-year-old baby in me LOVES watchin' everyone's surprised expression!! They make funny voices too.
+ Simple controls. You can skip to any line in the game at any time, even if you already played it. Menu inputs instantly respond, rather than wait five seconds.
+ Lively script. The game has humor, romance, mystery, science fiction, action, and various other elements to keep things fresh on a lengthy expedition.
- No english voices in the game; english subtitle text only. DVD series has japanese and english voices.
- True end is bothersome in game, but is happy in DVD animated show.
- Players have no way to remove or blur cuss words. Gears of War games on xbox have censorship options to minimize foul language.
Conclusion --> Island is incredibly written, with something for everyone. Animated DVD show provides the definitive end that players crave.
5*, or 9 \ 10.
