Very thorough and informative guide to PHN processes
This book is extremely comprehensive with numerous resources. References for further investigation are available but because this book is so comprehensive I have never felt the need. There is also an on-line resource for quick and easy linking to references and informational resources. If you need help writing a grant this is a must have!!

Sand is the way to go
Cartridges are a waste of time. Do yourself a favor and switch your system. My pool has never been cleaner or easier to balance. The unit is designed for sand but I used zeolite instead. While this is twice as expensive as sand you only use half as much thus it balances out.
The filter comes with a handy plastic funnel that keeps the internal parts aligned as you pour in the sand. The valve on the top allows for multiple situations; I especially like the filter bypass setting so that when vacuuming my pool when its really dirty I can bypass the sand and blow it out into my tree wells. Of course when the sand gets a bit dirty you simply switch to backflush and clean it all out.

great game that one can get lost in; graphics are stunning
Very realistic first person shooter. This version in better since building can be blown up and the fall out actually used to injured the opponent.
A multitude of vehicles - airplanes, tanks, people movers, heck just last night I discovered a hover craft - amazing.
