  She was fabulous to work with. The item is exactly as described. I even got to visit with her for a bit since I picked up IRL. She was patient when my doctors office was running behind schedule. Easy to work with. Pleasant and sweet. Beautiful product. Highly recommended! The delay in picking things up was mostly due to glitches on the website keeping us from seeing each others messages.
