  Seller never shipped my items so I messaged them & opened a case with eBay. They said they forgot & would ship. 3 weeks after I ordered I recieved a package but it wasn't the items pictured in the listing. I messaged them asking for a refund. Still haven't been refunded & in the process of trying to settle the case through eBay.

  Oy. Wish I never would have made a special accomodation for this Buyer. I did send her the incorrect troll, but was much more valuable and offered to allow her to keep and send her the correct one, but she wanted all for free. After her negative feedback, I'm not inclined to do anything further for her. I feel badly because I want my Buyers to be happy. Sometimes you just can't.
