OK. Derek did a wonderful job in packing and I accept his word. I m no clock expert I surmised that what had happened happened. I did not ask anybody to inspect it it was what I thought was a broken spring maybe not at all. It has now been binned and was grateful Derek refunded me. If he has concerns regarding that then I regret he feels I may have meant it detrimentally. That is not my intention as I was impressed on receiving the clock. Its just a shame it didn t work.

Easy to use and accurate.Great value.

Good product, easy to setup and use. I loke the fact that it can be powered from a USB phone charger or PC or internal batteries, making it economoical to use. The instruction booklet is easy to understand and work through.Very good value with large display.

Excellent value phone.

This is my 2nd Huawei P20 Smart (2020) POT-LX1A. 128Gb,having had an accident with the 1st. It's a great value phone with android operating system and has all of the apps and facilities of the big boys in phones but at a sensible price. Large screen, slim and comfortable in use. Good sound and well pleased with its performance.
