Use this all the time
This product helps me a lot. Instead of having surgery on my knee , which used to be painful, I use this and saved myself the agony of surgery; and also saved my insurance company money too. I notice if I don't take it , my pain starts to come back. I recommend this . I hope the company keeps making it.

Surprising book
I always like the series of Golden Girls and watch it even now, once n a while. I was , as I am sure other people were, surprised to learn that Ms. McClanahan was just like her character on the show. I am in the middle of the book, but so far it is pretty interesting. I don't know as I would recommend it , as it is kind of repetitious. Otherwise entertaining to say the least.
