Pure JUNK!

I purchased this case based on the strength of the manufacturer's reputation and the exceptionally good price, unfortunately it turned out to be a worthless POS... The advertising makes for this product makes some very impressive claims regarding strength & water tightness, but the very 1st time my phone slipped from my pocket and hit the floor from ~3 1/2' the case exploded open and ejected my iPhone! This was followed by constant moisture & particulate intrusion in a fully secured case that constantly obscured my screen - very frustrating and required repeated opening to clean the phone. Finally, the entire case simply fell apart in less than 6mos! I will never buy another product from Otter Box as long as I live and neither should you until they can make good on their marketing BS...

A Fair deal for the money

Under powered & undersized but all in all a fair deal for the money and more or less effective at deterring critters even using river pebbles. The proclivity of the endpieces to slide off the frame is bothersome but a little crazy glue took care of that.
