This book may save my life, and improve it also.
2 of 2 found this helpful Great source of information about what I should not be eating but I was eating just the things that were hurting my body for my blood type. This book is a eye opener and will become a great help when buying and eating the right foods for me to help keep my health in a better condition then it is in right now. I will see if this book heps me lose weight and have less colds and health problems, to me this will improve my life in many way's.

Great movie to watch with someone all the way through, a happy movie
This is a great dvd to watch all the way through we enjoyed it very much thou I have watch it before many times, but it is more fun to watch with some else to enjoy the dvd even more, the people in this movie were very interesting to watch , great dvd
