Cut down install version without drivers but does work and is genuine.
4 of 7 found this helpful While Windows was installed, the product is NOT a DVD, it comes as a bootable memory stick. There is also no box with it as shown in the picture. The product registration code is supplied and works perfectly so it's not a pirate copy.
However, my main issue was that the most basic drivers were not included like they are with the Windows DVD. It failed to even install the generic network card driver that my previous Windows home did straight away. I had to hunt around for a suitable driver before I could get my PC online to get any other drivers, luckily I also had a laptop to search the net for one.

Have had two of these in the past.
IMO, the best laser printer I've ever had. Robust, fast, good quality and for home use, the toner lasts and lasts. The paper tray takes loads so it's not often you'll run out of paper halfway through a multi page print job. The only downside is it's heavy and takes a fair bit of space. It is really for serious printing, not a casual couple of pages a month that you can do on a much smaller footprint printer.
You can get USB to parallel cables so connectivity isn't a problem on modern machines with no parallel output.
