Works great!

Not full weight
6 of 6 found this helpful I ordered the 5 lb. Chunk of shea butter and it showed up a half pound light. I had already waited 6 days for it and do not have time to go through the refund process and order more. I contacted the company hoping to get the missing portion sent only to be told they have to receive the portion sent so they can inspect it. Making it sound like they don't believe me even after I sent 2 photos of the shea butter on the scale indicating the weight. I will not be buying from this company again.
