Eucalyptus oil
This is great to have on hand. I have some slight Arthritis in my thumbs, I use it and it helps. I also inhale it when I have a cold.

Organic Ashwagandha

English country Cottage
2 of 2 found this helpful I like the book but felt that it could have gone into more detail about the cottages. For example, there were some enticing details about the restoration of some of them but no pictures. A bit too many bunches of flowers, like the photos were staged. There were several places with only one or two pictures, and some that were interestingly described but no picture of the cottage itself. That having been said, the photos were good, I felt that there could have been just more photos of most of the cottages. Only a few had more than a page or so. One just gets interested and that is it. It is hard to get into for that reason. No meat so it speak.
