Candy Burst flavor
1 of 1 found this helpful I’ve been using C4 for over five years and have tried the full range of flavors and can say that candy burst is near the top of the list for me, with orange dreamsicle I think being the best. Definitely worth a try if you’re looking to change it up.

Great Product
Cell-tech is one of the few products in the fitness (more particularly, bodybuilding) industry that actually does what it claims to do and is manifested after just a few days in the form of more reps, more weight, and better workouts. I personally started by taking two scoops post-workout on day one and continue to follow the same regimen to this day (approximately one month at this point). After several days, I noticed I was achieving more reps with weight I had previously using and in most cases, bumping the weight up slightly on most exercises.
More reps and more weight means more overload, which should result in more growth. This, of course, if you're doing your part on the nutrition side. I did experience some GI upset on the first two days, however this subsided on day three. I did not experience any of the "bloating" or "puffiness" that many people speculate that creatine causes.
In summation, this is a great product that I would recommend to anyone trying to gain strength and lean muscle mass.
