    Won and paid for item (a winter coat) with USPS Priority Mail Shipping 1/13/2024. Was charged $7.20 for "expedited shipping". Seller shipped item 1/17/2024 via USPS Media Mail for $5.42. Item arrived 1/29/2024. Seller refused to refund shipping cost despite item arriving much later than needed for event where we planned to use it. USPS confirms that "Media Mail" is not appropriate for a coat.

Glitchy but still decent
Glitchy server interface. Some stored videos cannot be loaded/viewed (loading forever). Tried on the phone via the app, and on PC - same problem. I don't understand how the manufacturer expects me to buy subscription when clearly its a server problem. At least once could not activate the microphone to talk back to the house (suspect server problem also). On the pros side, overall good quality video and sound. Home/away assist convenient. Auto zoom is very useful.
