Not Compatible with VISTA
1 of 2 found this helpful Several years ago I bought an iConvert slide scanner & processed 1,000+ slides. When this unit no longer would scan , or "show" my slides, I bought this new replacement.
The replacement that I bought a few weeks ago does exactly the same thing. I thought it could be my lack of expertise in deleting "old" software and installing the the software that came with the scanner. I had my son start all over and repeat the installation. Same result -
Looks like prior reviews, added to my present experience, will make me look for new technology that will help me scan about 3,500 more slides. Does anyone know of something that will work?
