Top Loupes
Heine optical products are among the best made. The optics of these loupes are nearly perfect with no distortion at the edges. No discoloration. It was easy to remove the safety glasses included since I didn't need them. Good price and sale from the vendor.
I added a light from LumaDent which fastened to the Heine loupes with no modifications required.
The vendor (Israeli) did not provide customs services as part of the sale which resulted in a short delay and added fees.

Best Earplugs
These have the NRR of the compressible foam earplugs but are much, much easier to insert properly. They are as easy as the rubber baffle earplugs to insert with about 7 more NRR points. They will expand a bit more after installation. Easily the best hearing protection I've used.

Great Bed Table
This table allows me to look at my laptop without hurting my neck. It is adjustable to put the top at the right height. The legs can be adjusted to accommodate unlevel surfaces while keeping the table top level.
